Turkey Salad Sandwich Recipe

By request from Marci:

GO TO DELI
Get 2 lbs of Smoked Turkey Cut 1/8 in thick
and 1 1/2 lbs Havarti Cheese Cut 1/8 in thick

2 Granny Smith Apples
1 10 OZ Can Chopped Cashews

Cut all above ingredients (except nuts) into small cubes and then mix together with the following:

Approx. 1 cup REAL MAYO  (Please note that their is a BIG difference between Miracle Whip and Mayo)
Approx. 1 cup Sour Cream
Some Dill Weed (Probably about 1 tbsp. but I have never measured it)
Some McCormic Brand Vegetable Supreme Vegetable Seasoning (Again Maybe 1 tbsp?)  (Find this with the spices at the grocery store.)


I make this the day before and let it sit in the refridgerator over night.   Serve on croissants.   This recipe fills 50 mini croissants.  (that is exact)
