Sunday & Monday- Closed
Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 am-7:00 pm
Saturdays - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00pm
The Home Storage Center is closed the 1st Saturday of every month

DATES our Ward and Stake are assigned to the cannery:
Our Stake is assigned the afternoon shift which begins at 1:00 pm.
Orders are due 3 weeks in advance.
Be sure to take your order form with you on Stake canning day.
Canning date - 10/21/2010 -orders due: 09/30/2010

October Apples, Carrots, Macaroni, Milk and Regular Oats
Canning date - 11/18/2010 -orders due: 10/21/2010

November Black Beans, Fruit Drink, Potato Flakes, Sugar and White Beans
Canning date - 12/16/2010 -orders due: 11/24/2010

December Cocoa, Flour, Onions, Refried Beans and White Wheat
We no longer can Rice, Quick Oats, Pinto Beans and Red Wheat on Stake Canning Days. These products are
available for bulk purchase and are also pre-canned and sold only by the case - six cans per case. You may
still can them on Friday Family Canning if you wish.
There are no limits on product purchases.
 Lorrain will be glad to let people sample products. Contact her at home.

FRIDAY FAMILY CANNING
Mesa Home Storage Center is open on Fridays for individual or family canning. You may begin canning as early as 8:30am.
The last time you may begin canning is 6:00pm. Reservations ARE required in advance. You may can anything in their
warehouse. There are no limits.
Bulk and pre-packaged items may be purchased any time the Home Storage Center is open.
Quite often there are individual cans of different products available for purchase. You have to go to the Home Storage
Center to see what's available!
 Currently, ONLY CASH or CHECK are accepted as payment. Small bills are preferred.
Our stake has a canner that may be checked out through the stake specialist, Carla Kelly, in Pioneer Ward.

The Home Storage Center also has 6 canners and 2 pouch sealers that are available for
use, by reservations. There is no charge.
