Yummy Easter Pineapple Souffle'

As Easter approaches, here is a new recipe for you to try to go with that yummy Easter ham! This is one of our family’s holiday favorites!

THE INGREDIENTS
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs well beaten
1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained
6 slices bread, crust off and cubed
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter

THE DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish with lid. You can cover and put in the fridge over night or for a few hours. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until set and slightly browned on top.

Obviously this is not super healthy but it is oh so good! When I went to look for a picture to use, I found that Taste of Home had come up with a “lighter” version if you would like to give it a try HERE.
